Fifteen days free, then two tiers

The two tiers split along the shape of the job. Standard is the teleprompter for one person at one machine. Studio is what a production adds on top — other devices, other media, and other people in front of the camera.

Three prices, and what each one is for

Two numbers explain the whole table: the year costs five months, and buying once costs four years. Studio runs three times Standard across the board.

By the month is priced for a single job — one recording, an event, a week on location. Six months of it already costs more than a year, so it's meant for work with an end date, not as the year in installments.

By the year is the normal way to have the app, and what most people pick.

Buying once means no renewal, no expiry date, no reminder emails — you pay one time and keep that version for good. It's for a production that would rather own a tool than carry a subscription, and for anyone who avoids recurring charges on principle.

What happens if a subscription ends

The monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions: while one is active you get everything in its column. If it lapses — you canceled, or a payment failed — the app drops back to the state the trial ends in.

The promise is the same one the trial makes: opening, editing and saving your projects is never blocked — license or no license, at any point. Importing a script and putting it on the presenter's screen aren't blocked either.

Nothing is ever cut mid-show. When a license lapses the app tells you and gives you days to sort it out — it won't go dark during a recording because a payment slipped on a Thursday.

Buying once has none of this to worry about — it never expires, so it never lapses.

Refunds

Fourteen days, satisfaction guarantee. If it's missing something you needed, doesn't work the way you expected, or hits a problem we can't solve — including one caused by hardware or software that isn't ours — you get your money back.

In practice, the trial is the real guarantee: fifteen days with everything unlocked before any money changes hands. By the time you pay, you've already run the app on your own rig, with your own script.

Which tier is yours

Standard if you work alone at one machine — the script, the timing, the marks, and the presenter's screen. Studio the moment it's a production: another screen on the wi-fi, media on the glass, more than one person on camera.

Naming presenters lives in Studio because you only need it once more than one person is reading — working alone, you never have to say who speaks.

One machine

A license runs on one computer at a time. If you switch machines, or want to move the license, release the old one first from inside the app — under About → License — and the seat frees up.
